Nature programs for kids

Forest Preschool

A man reading a book to children sitting in a circle outdoors near trees, on wooden logs and stumps, during daytime.

This unique preschool program for children ages 3-6 takes place completely outside.

Rain or shine, hot or cold we will be in our outdoor classroom. Yes, we do have a nice fire pit and tarps strung up between trees to help keep us warm and dry. We believe that spending uninterrupted time outside brings a deep connection to nature, self, and community.

Summer Camps

Three children playing near a riverbank, with two buckets and a plastic bottle nearby, surrounded by trees and a fallen log.

Four week-long adventures for young explorers ages 6–12 where curiosity meets nature.

From the river to the trees, our summer camps are a deep dive into the wild. Whether it’s the Shorashim (Roots) week—blending Jewish tradition and "forest magic"—or our Wild Ones series focused on wilderness skills and astronomy, every day is built on hands-on discovery. We spend our time crafting, building shelters, and engaging in imaginative free play to inspire a lasting connection to the Earth. Come romp through the woods with us!
